Single-item orders:
Customers may inspect the item in the presence of the delivery representative. If the item is not suitable, it can be returned immediately with the courier, with applicable shipping fees.
Please note that no returns or exchanges are accepted once the courier has left.
Orders containing two or more items:
Orders are delivered sealed and cannot be opened or inspected in the presence of the courier.
Customers may contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.
An exchange/return fee is payable upon delivery to cover shipping costs. Fees range from 100 to 150 EGP, depending on the delivery location and order size.
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.
